{:es}El Grupo de Puebla, organizaci\u00f3n iberoamericana y del Caribe que cuenta con 49 l\u00edderes de 17 pa\u00edses, realiz\u00f3 su quinto taller interno de trabajo en el cual se debati\u00f3 sobre \u201cVenezuela, elecci\u00f3n y di\u00e1logos pol\u00edticos\u201d, y cont\u00f3 con las destacadas exposiciones de Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Zapatero, ex presidente de Espa\u00f1a y fundador del grupo; Jorge Rodr\u00edguez G\u00f3mez, ex vicepresidente de comunicaciones de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela y actual candidato a diputado nacional; y H\u00e9ctor Rodr\u00edguez, actual gobernador del Estado Miranda.<\/p>\n
A la jornada, asistieron el expresidente de Ecuador, Rafael Correa; el expresidente de Paraguay, Fernando Lugo; la senadora de Uruguay, M\u00f3nica Xavier; el senador Argentina Jorge Taiana; la expresidenta del Senado de Ecuador, Gabriela Rivadeneira; entre otras y otros participantes del Grupo de Puebla.<\/p>\n
Por otro lado, del Consejo Latinoamericano de Justicia y Democracia (CLAJUD), asistieron la jurista Carol Proner; el exjuez, Baltazar Garz\u00f3n, el abogado boliviano Jaime Quiroga y juristas como Gissele Ricobom o el paraguayo, Emilio Camacho, entre los casi 50 asistentes a la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Al comenzar la sesi\u00f3n, Marco Enr\u00edquez-Ominami, ex candidato presidencial de Chile y fundador del Grupo de Puebla, dijo que \u201cen este grupo de reflexi\u00f3n hemos acordado encontrarnos para hablar de Venezuela y sus pr\u00f3ximas elecciones. Una democracia desafiada, un proceso pol\u00edtico atacado en plena pandemia, y con Estados Unidos que ha renovado su gobierno recientemente. La democracia es la lucha por la democracia, en el Grupo de Puebla queremos ser un puente y parte de la soluci\u00f3n del conflicto\u201d.<\/p>\n
El primer expositor, el gobernador del Estado Miranda, H\u00e9ctor Rodr\u00edguez, explic\u00f3 que \u201cla contradicci\u00f3n hoy en Venezuela no consiste en las reglas de juego democr\u00e1ticas, sino una disputa geopol\u00edtica regional alimentada por los intereses de EE. UU., por el petr\u00f3leo en Venezuela. Bajo esta l\u00f3gica, el pa\u00eds enfrenta una amenaza y una agresi\u00f3n sin antecedentes en su historia\u201d.<\/p>\n
Por su parte, el exministro y exvicepresidente de comunicaciones de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, Jorge Rodr\u00edguez, coment\u00f3 que \u201cno es la primera vez que EE. UU. le da \u00f3rdenes a la extrema derecha venezolana para sabotear los procesos electorales. Con la elecci\u00f3n del 6 de diciembre se inicia el ciclo de elecciones en Venezuela, con elecci\u00f3n de gobernadores en 2021, alcaldes en 2022 y presidenciales en 2024. En todas se han otorgado garant\u00edas\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cDirigentes de la oposici\u00f3n han reconocido que temen por un resultado desfavorable por la cadena de errores que han cometido desde 2016 que incluye violencia de las guarimbas, apoyo a sanciones, y auto proclamaci\u00f3n de Juan Guaid\u00f3 electo con 94 mil votos\u201d, continu\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n
El destacado tercer expositor, el expresidente del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a, Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Zapatero, dijo que \u201cla gran paradoja es que quienes m\u00e1s critican las elecciones y dudan de su transparencia, son los que no quieren que se observen, supervisen o acompa\u00f1en los procesos electorales en Venezuela. Tiene que haber un pueblo que refunde los consensos, que destierre el odio y que las reglas democr\u00e1ticas primen. La democracia es siempre un esfuerzo por incluir, por volver a intentar y seguir intentando ese recorrido de recuperaci\u00f3n de los grandes valores de la convivencia. A todos los venezolanos y venezolanas, participen el d\u00eda 6 de diciembre, con la esperanza que siempre que se va a votar, se est\u00e1 haciendo a favor de la paz y del futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n
En la jornada, Celso Amorim, excanciller y ex ministro de defensa de Brasil, estuvo a cargo de la relator\u00eda final, donde expuso sobre la necesidad de una agenda democr\u00e1tica y di\u00e1logo inclusivo para salir de la crisis en Venezuela.<\/p>\n
Finalmente, el ex presidente de Colombia y fundador del Grupo de Puebla, Ernesto Samper, explic\u00f3 que \u201cCLAJUD, el brazo jur\u00eddico del Grupo de Puebla, ha venido estudiando f\u00f3rmulas para combatir internacionalmente las sanciones unilaterales como instrumento, no solamente las que se reservan algunos pa\u00edses de imponer, sino que se enfoque en el esfuerzo sobre las sanciones que provocan tragedias humanitarias, como es el caso de Venezuela o Ir\u00e1n, que en medio de una pandemia son afectados con sanciones de car\u00e1cter genocida\u201d.{:}{:en}The Grupo de Puebla, an Ibero-American and Caribbean organization that has 49 leaders from 17 countries, held its fifth internal workshop in which it debated \u201cVenezuela, election and political dialogues\u201d, and featured outstanding presentations by Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Zapatero, former president of Spain and founder of the group; Jorge Rodr\u00edguez G\u00f3mez, former vice president of communications of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and current candidate for national deputy; and H\u00e9ctor Rodr\u00edguez, current governor of the Miranda State.<\/p>\n
The event was attended by the former president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa; the former president of Paraguay, Fernando Lugo; the senator of Uruguay, M\u00f3nica Xavier; Argentine Senator Jorge Taiana; the former president of the Senate of Ecuador, Gabriela Rivadeneira; among others and other participants of the Grupo de Puebla.<\/p>\n

There must be a people that consolidates consensus, that banishes hatred and that democratic rules prevail.
