{:es}Llenos de esperanza, saludamos la asunci\u00f3n del nuevo presidente de Bolivia Luis Arce y de su vicepresidente David Choquehuanca y les deseamos una gran gesti\u00f3n al frente del nuevo gobierno.<\/p>\n
Como Grupo de Puebla, nos alegra doblemente, ya ambos han participado de este espacio de l\u00edderes y lideresas latinoamericanas que fund\u00e1ramos hace apenas un a\u00f1o, para defender las ideas progresistas en la regi\u00f3n iberoamericana.<\/p>\n
Estamos convencidos de que se inicia un nuevo ciclo para Bolivia, que se recuperar\u00e1 la senda de desarrollo, crecimiento e igualdad que fuera violentamente frenada por el espurio golpe c\u00edvico-militar de hace un a\u00f1o. Y que, a pesar de la violencia de la dictadura, fueron los mismos bolivianos y bolivianas quienes demostraron en las urnas, la falsedad de las acusaciones de fraude electoral, y desnudaron la brutal injerencia de organismos internacionales, los cu\u00e1les a\u00fan no responden por su rol en la desestabilizaci\u00f3n del gobierno del presidente Evo Morales.<\/p>\n
Estamos seguros de que una vez m\u00e1s, el sabio pueblo boliviano sabr\u00e1 retomar en paz y dignidad su senda de desarrollo. Que las injusticias ser\u00e1n resarcidas, que las violaciones a los derechos humanos ser\u00e1n investigadas y juzgadas, siempre en pleno respeto de la integridad de los poderes aut\u00f3nomos del Estado.<\/p>\n
Desde el Grupo de Puebla condenamos desde un inicio el golpe de estado contra la democracia boliviana, y apoyamos su recuperaci\u00f3n. De la misma forma seguiremos apoyando la resoluci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica de los conflictos, y trabajando para que los pueblos latinoamericanos recuperen la senda de progreso, igualdad, participaci\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n, colaboraci\u00f3n, crecimiento y desarrollo sustentable, que los gobiernos conservadores frenaran en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
Al presidente Luis Arce y al vicepresidente David Choquehuanca les deseamos el mayor de los \u00e9xitos por el bien de Bolivia y de toda nuestra Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n

The Grupo de Puebla celebrate that both have participated in this space of Latin American leaders that we founded just a year ago, to defend progressive ideas in the Ibero-American region.<\/p>\n
We are convinced that a new cycle is beginning for Bolivia, that the path of development, growth and equality that was violently stopped by the spurious civic-military coup of a year ago will recover. And that, despite the violence of the dictatorship, it was the Bolivians themselves who demonstrated at the polls the falseness of the accusations of electoral fraud, and exposed the brutal interference of international organizations, which still do not respond for their role. in the destabilization of the government of President Evo Morales.<\/p>\n
We are sure that once again, the wise Bolivian people will know how to resume their development path in peace and dignity. That injustices will be compensated, that human rights violations will be investigated and tried, always with full respect for the integrity of the autonomous powers of the State.<\/p>\n
From the Grupo de Puebla we condemn the coup against Bolivian democracy from the beginning, and we support its recovery. In the same way, we will continue to support the democratic resolution of conflicts, and working so that the Latin American people can recover the path of progress, equality, participation, integration, collaboration, growth and sustainable development that conservative governments have slowed down in recent years.<\/p>\n
We wish President Luis Arce and Vice President David Choquehuanca every success for the good of Bolivia and all of our Latin America.<\/p>\n
